This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Dizzel was found in Folkston GA after surviving an attack by a wild pig. She had puncture wounds on her chest and face. We took her in and got her healed, then spayed her to join our family, however, she does not tolerate our black lab who is about 9yrs old. She will tear into him and not let go. She is absolutely fine with our other dogs, playing and sleeping with them. She loves people and wants to always sleep on your feet at the bottom of the bed. We love her, but never know when she will go after Cody. She appears to be very jealous of him. She will not let him be petted as she will push her way in between to get the attention. ... Jack was adopted as a young pup by two older sisters, who did not know the breed. One sister works 9-5, the other is disabled with cancer. The pup needs to be in another environment with people who know, love, understand Jack Russells and can give him the proper attention. Cricket needs a home that she can be a family member in. I love her very much, acquired at birth as I was taking care of my father and one of his Jack Russell had pups. We have a beautiful and loving Jack Russell Terrier that needs a wonderful home. Patches is seven years old and is a wonderful dog. We have had him since he was a puppy. Our five year old daughter has been suffering from eczema induced allergies for the last three years and even though we have taken her to over four allergists, including All Children's, it finally came back that she was allergic to dog dandruff. He loves to play outside, he is great with children and other pets. He is a Jack Russell, therefore is hyper at times, but his favorite thing to do is curl up on your lap. Hi. We have a jack Russell who is 4 yrs old, blind, and allergic to grains. We have her on a special food. We have two young children and now that our jack Russell is blind, she does not do well with the children trying to pet/play with her. She has snapped at them, but is always kind to us. Jack Russell Dogs can make good pets in Florida if they match your IifestyIe. The Jack Russell Terrier is a witty, highly intelligent and trainable working dog. Jack Russells are cheeky, entertaining pets. Jack Russells do well with considerate children but do not like to be teased. Jack Russells need a dominant owner experienced in firm obedience training. The Jack Russell Terrier has strong hunting instincts and should not be trusted with small animals. This scrappy Terrier may fight with dogs with which he is not socialized from an early age. Jack Russells can live in an apartment but need plenty of exercise and do best with a yard. Jack Russells can climb and dig under fences, and need to be kept on a leash when walking.
