Jack Russell Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, Fearful/Anxious

Our little guy, Boomer, is 3yrs old and needs a family that can take care of him better than we can. He is a well-behaved and happy dog. The only reason we need to rehome him is because we aren't home enough any more to play with him or give him a larger space to run around in while we are gone during the day. He is not an outdoor dog and we don't have a doggy door so this makes it difficult for him to come/go from the house when we're not around. It would cost more than we can afford right now to replace our regular door to a door with a doggy door in it. Important...... Please Note* Last spring he was a victim of ... (Read More)unfortunate circumstances. We are a military family and lived next door (on a military base) to a Great Dane and it jumped our fence and attacked Boomer. He is lucky to be alive. He was hospitalized for 3 days and he recovered fairly quickly. The neighbors were fully liable and paid for all medical bills. This accident did not happen out of neglect! This was a very rare circumstance.. !!! If u need more details as to how Boomer got attacked I can email you with details about the mishap. With that being said, after his recovery he's a little more aggressive towards other dogs larger than him. This is most noticeable when we take him out for walks. He DOES get along with other dogs his size and temperament but if you have a large breed dog, Boomer may not do well. Other than that, Boomer is a well-behaved and happy dog. His vaccinations are current as of 07/17/14. He weighs 28 lbs... A little chunky considering we can't take him out for walks often enough.. Thank you for reading. Can send more pics upon request. PS. He will come with an unopened 14lb bag of dry dog food that he's been eating since he was a puppy, doggy dishes, his leash and left over snacks we have. (Less)

Jack Russell Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

This is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She genuinely has an amazing personality. She is great with all dogs and shows the utmost affection towards humans. I really did not want to give this dog up for adoption but my living arrangement is just not currently conducive to owning an animal. She is a mix breed and therefore extremely intelligent. She is fully grown and a very manageable 45lbs. She really just needs a compassionate family who can give her some meaningful interaction, which unfortunately I cannot at this point and time.
