Rescue Me ID: 17-08-30-00045Daisy (female)

Jack Russell Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Submissive
Health: Spayed, Needs Vaccinations, Aggressive, Fearful/Anxious

We have had Daisy since she was a puppy. She wants to be the center of attention and longs for love. We are not able to give her the love and attention she deserves. She has a history of being anxious and fearful and has bitten me out of fear but with the right handling she would likely not do that again. She needs training to build confidence and trust. She would do best as a solo pet as she does not like to share attention. She is house trained, comes and sits on command. She wants nothing more than to constantly be near her human companion. Due to this, she would do best as an indoor outdoor pet. She does require consistent grooming due ... (Read More)to shedding but she loves to be groomed. She can not be scolded or she becomes fearful. She needs a calm but firm owner who can gain her trust and give her the love she deserves. (Less)
